Kellyanne Conway went on CNN to face off against Anderson Cooper. They had a very intense exchange over CNN’s guilt in pushing the Buzzfeed’s shameful Russia dossier. This completely unsubstantiated, unproven document accuses Trump of hiring Russian prostitutes to pee on him. Even the liberal New York Times and NBC were able to admit that it was fake news.
Kellyanne Conway accused CNN of pushing the narrative and even linking to the information in one of their articles, something that Anderson Cooper denied. “CNN is not BuzzFeed, I just wish you guys would acknowledge it,” Cooper said, accusing Kellyanne of conflating CNN with Buzzfeed.
“I know CNN is feeling the heat today,” slammed Kellyanne. Cooper shot back with a childish “I think you guys are feeling the heat!” The argument continued. “If you couldn’t corroborate it, why would you even link to it?” asked Kellyanne.
““If cyber-security were such a big priority to this administration and the Democratic Party and its apologists in the media, then why didn’t we do more about it over the last eight years?” slammed Kellyanne. Since Trump attacked CNN, they have been trying to separate themselves from Buzzfeed. They released a statement that said.
“CNN’s decision to publish carefully sourced reporting about the operations of our government is vastly different than Buzzfeed’s decision to publish unsubstantiated memos. The Trump team knows this. They are using Buzzfeed’s decision to deflect from CNN’s reporting, which has been matched by the other major news organizations,” they wrote. Check out the video below.
