Fox News television and radio host Sean Hannity has been one of Republican President Donald Trump’s most steadfast supporters. Recently, Hannity has sadly had to go to war with the factions within his and Trump’s own party that are determined to bring Trump down.

After fighting so hard and so long against members of the Republican establishment with their escalating assault on our democratically elected President, Sean finally had to call things as they are and declare that the current Republican party “is a dead party.”

On his show, Hannity discussed with former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon how the deep state has put forth a “nullification project” to try to nullify the fact that Trump won the election. Said Sean about special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation that has yielded guilty pleas from and indictments to members of Trump’s team, “What we’ve now done is criminalized political differences.” He added, “This is about the impeachment of the president. This is not about Trump-Russia collusion.”

Sean then chastised Republican leadership that has failed to step up and protect Trump and faciliate his agenda. Said Hannity, “Here’s my view on the Republican Party. It is a dead party. They are morally corrupt, they are weak. They are ineffective, they’re vision-less, and they have no identity.” He added, “I do believe I’ve never changed. I do believe the Republican Party left me.”

Sean went on, “And I feel, it is heartbreaking to me, because so many people trusted them in 2010, 2014 — Give us the House, give us the Senate — then they get the White House and they turn on a man that’s advocating the same principles that they have been quoting for years on the campaign trail. I think the only way to stop it is all of us and all of the people that mobilized in 2016 to get back, organized, fighting every day.” Do you think Hannity is right? Listen below:
